The staff was excellent and happy, very helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well-arranged. Great location, walking distance to bus terminal, restaurants, and supermarket.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel provides easy access to shopping centers and is within walking distance of the city center and tube. You can reach the botanic garden in just a 15-minute taxi ride. the selection of food at breakfast is nice and the parking space is plentiful.

The elevators are small and slow, which can be frustrating.

The noise level was unbearable during my stay. Even though it was New Year's Eve, the noise from the street and other guests was too much to handle.
